Moroccan Taste Restaurant
CHALLENGE:
Tourists didn’t explore one of Dubai’s most delicious Moroccan cuisines because of the lack of online presence.
The lack of brand identity and consistency, in social media platforms, was main weakness.
Strategy & Implementation
- Assigned a photo shoot by a professional photographer.
- Created a new Google Business account to ease the access of online users.
- Planned a monthly editorial calendar based on our marketing study.
- A community management plan has been set to answer all the comments, direct messages, and to grow the online community of the restaurant.
- We launched on Instagram – Awareness Campaign that featured 15% discount on Dine in booking to encourage Moroccan cuisine lovers to visit and enjoy the authentic food.
- We launched on Instagram Engagement Campaign, to ask consumers to comment and tag friends in order to win a lunch for two persons.
Results
- The campaign reached 500k people across UAE
- Drove 20k engagements from our Moroccan food lovers
- Received almost 4k new followers on Instagram
